VLC…iPhone update 5th of February 2009

It's been a while since my last update on the project. Here's what changed since last time:

• I've been studying the iPhone web development
• I made a small presentation of the web interface, it's available on the VLC...iPhone page
• I decided what the official name of the project will be: VLC...iPhone
• I've added a few new buttons so now it is possible to control: mute, random, repeat and loop
• changed all of the JavaScript code so that now it uses mootools
• issues: volume and seek slider no longer work, I'm having some problems with the playlist
• started work on the browse section, it seems like it's going to be a complicated section
• discovered a Mobile Safari bug reted to fied positioning
• HTML code is cleaner, more semantic and almost validates (webapp caching brakes validation of XHTML 1.1 Basic)
• the following buttons change their appearance after being clicked: play, repeat, loop and random
