Ubuntu mirror in Arad
Starting from today ArLUG's Ubuntu archives mirror is an official Ubuntu mirror, listed on the Ubuntu mirror list. More about the ArLUG mirror can be found here. The ArLUG server is also an official mirror for Fedora and Slackware linux distributions. What this means for linux users in the western part of Romania is that they now have a closer to home server to pick up their updates from and from time maybe at higher speeds. I hope this mirror will help promote linux in my part of the country....
